Conditions of Ticket Purchase

• Festival ticket offices on the ground floor of the New Horizons Cinema (Wrocław, 19a-21 Kazimierza Wielkiego St.) will be open on 7th-12th November, from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the last screening of the day.
• The seats on the screenings are unnumbered.
• Discount for holders of New Horizons Cinema Friends Card and Nasz Wrocław Card are only included in the price of 24 PLN. Discount available only online.
• If you don’t have tickets for the selected screening, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the offer of Open Ticket.

• Tickets (online) can be purchased up to half an hour before the screening. At cinema ticket offices – until the start of the screening.
• Payment must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time the order will be canceled.
• Tickets purchased online can be presented on any mobile device.
• In one order you can buy up to 15 tickets for a selected screening.
• Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the cinema auditorium.
