A graduate of the University of Southern California, Elizabeth Ai spent many years working at prominent media organizations like National Geographic, ESPN, and VICE. In those roles, she developed and edited content focused on social affairs, culture, and sports. Ai transitioned to producing documentaries about the arts and sports communities before eventually making her directorial debut, which gained immediate recognition and was selected for the documentary competition at the Tribeca Festival.
