Warren Jeffs is the leader and prophet of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. His drawn out face is emblazoned with a boyish smile. His voice is monotonous, smothered and somewhat melancholy, sometimes sounding as if it was coming from a hospital bed.
