What kind of love do New Yorkers seek? Do they dream of long-term relationships or one-night stands? What kind of partners do they need? What do they want to share with them? Are they looking for sex or true intimacy? The protagonists of the new film by Pacho Velez (The Reagan Show, 8th AFF) – along with the director – browse their favorite dating sites, including Tinder, OKCupid or Grindr, and share their thoughts on the images of potential partners, dream dates, and life relationships. From frivolous fantasies to memories of lost loves. Teenagers entering adulthood and adventurous oldies. Their confessions form an intimate story, full of emotions and humor, about the need for love and intimacy, which are stronger than ever in times of the pandemic and social distancing.
