Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story

Ian Bonhôte, Peter Ettedgui, USA 2024, 104’
Peaches Goes Bananas

He was the most iconic actor to play Superman, and the world was stunned when a tragic accident left him permanently paralyzed. But who was Christopher Reeve beyond the cape and superhuman persona? This film offers a heartfelt, though unflinchingly honest, portrait of Reeve, drawing from the voices of those closest to him. It explores his resilience and struggles, painting a comprehensive biography that Reeve deserved, touching on both his personal challenges and professional triumphs.
