Take Your Bags

A documentary showing the transformation of masculinity and fatherhood in the shadow of unemployment, whiskey and racism. Directors look at black men in old photographs and home movies. They supplement the historical footage using contemporary interviews with fathers, uncles, sons, grandchildren and cousins.
