Josh Margolin

Josh Margolin is an actor, director, screenwriter, and editor, as well as the real-life grandson of Thelma. A graduate of theater studies at Wesleyan University, Margolin is best known for his improvised one-man comedy show, which he performed for over three years, including at the famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival. As an actor, he gained recognition for his role in the TV series  My Boyfriend Is a Robot.  Thelma, Margolin's feature-length directorial debut, premiered at Sundance and is based on actual events. It is also the final film starring the unforgettable Richard Roundtree, renowned for his role in  Shaft.
