DelicioUS! Quality American foods

Inspired by chef Carl Casper’s return to his roots and finding happiness in serving simple foods made with basic but high-quality ingredients, DelicioUS! presents a menu prepared with four American products:  beef, Alaskan salmon and pollock, sweet potatoes and rice. Come and enjoy finger foods created by a huge fan of this movie, chef Mateusz Zielonka, along with American bourbon and Californian wines paired with chef’s menu by our sommelier.
