Dani and Christian are young Americans, who desperately try to save their broken relationship. A family tragedy makes Dani join Christian and his friends for a summer holiday trip to northern Sweden. There, in a secluded village, once in ninety years, an ancient midsummer celebration occurs. A romantic trip quickly takes a cruel and disturbing form. Starring in main roles are many of the cinema’s rising stars: Florence Pugh, Will Poulter, Jack Reynor and William Jackson Harper. The director’s cut was brought to Poland on a special request from audiences by Gutek Film Company.
